Updates to Mano!

Creating a custom agent that works for your use cases involves a lot of trial and error. This release aims to streamline the process by adding testing capability during agent creation, thus reducing the back and forth.

What changed?

• Auto suggest prompts during agent creation, so you don't have to think of the perfect prompt (but you can 😉)
• You can now run tests directly when creating agents.
• We have improved our email document extraction technique.
• We fixed navigation issues when launching from our floating side button.
• Added an edit agent button directly in your conversation view.

Replying to emails can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to be. Today, we are releasing a one click email reply in Gmail. Over the next few days, we will be fine-tuning this workflow even further with better prompts, variables, and more. We are JUST getting started 🤗

What changed?

• We added a "reply" option to our floating side button in Gmail; allowing you to generate quick replies with a single click!
• We fixed the Mano pop-up to ensure it has a consistent size on every site.
• We also added a typing animation when Mano is answering your requests.

There is an abundance of good content being generated, but limited time to keep up. Today we are launching a new summarization feature so you never have to read an article again.

What changed?

• A new side button appears with the ability to summarize the article directly (we are just a click away).
• Mano can now read your screen by clicking on the 🕶️ icon (no need to select context anymore)
• You can drag the modal to expand it to your desired width.
• New users will receive an email upon signup

We believe that every model has its superpowers. Today, we are adding Bard support, also known as PaLM, the LLM developed by Google. Based on our early testing, we see amazing potential in code and content generation. We encourage you to play around with it and give us feedback.

What changed?

• You can now access Google Bard directly from your text input bar. Please let us know in discord what you think.

We have made improvements to our agent's user experience. We cleaned up the interface to have a dedicated view that abstracts some of the complexities away from the user. We think of agents as people, and therefore modeled the agent chat interface as if you are talking to a friend on any messaging app.

What changed?

• You can now toggle the model version directly from your text input.
• We have added instructions to pin the tool during on-boarding.
• We have added the ability to report bugs directly from Mano.
• We have also added a search capability for agents.

OpenAI's models were trained with data up to September 2021. This means that they don't have access to information about current events. However, this has changed with the new web search feature. Now, you can crawl the web for information and receive succinct and relevant information to your questions.

What changed?

• We have moved to using Langchain which means we can benefit from all the automation features (stay tuned).
• Latency has improved by 1.5x from our backend.
• We now support web search via Google.
• We have a new logo that fits the premium experience we are offering.

With our new redesign, we can now support multiple tabs to model different entities. Additionally, we have added the ability to create your own custom agent for your use case. Don't want to start from scratch? No worries, we have already populated the best agents from the community based on your usage.

What changed?

• You can now create and categorize your own custom agents.
• We removed hot keys to avoid conflicts with the host site's own hot keys.
• We added the ability to enlarge the view next to the close button.
• Agents now create new conversations by default.

Well, someone has to pay the bill! We are now limiting the number of conversations and clearly indicating the ability for users to sign in. Our goal is to provide the most value to our customers, which is why we are giving you 10 free daily conversations to help free you up from tedious tasks.
